I have always loved to create.

First as a teacher. One of my favorite things about teaching was coming up with creative ways to get my high school students interested in English. Pretty tough, right? But I loved it. Then, I was fortunate enough to become the yearbook advisor, which is when my love for photography and graphic design really started.

When my daughter was born in 2008, I got my first "real" camera so that I could take photos of her every milestone. Then I started taking photos for family and friends and realized how much I loved photography. I learned everything I could about Nikon cameras, lenses, and Photoshop. I was obsessed.

In 2016, my career took a new path when I started working in real estate. I began by taking property photos, and then started designing marketing materials, writing copy, and managing social media.

I am at home in my creative space. Writing, designing, creating social media content, taking photos. All of it.
